These are well known for helping you manage your weight and cholesterol better as well as reducing inflammation. You can obtain these in citrus fruits like lemons, oranges and grapefruit.
These flavonoids are found in plants and fruit with red, purple, and blue pigment such as red and purple grapes, cranberries or blueberries.
