What is nitric oxide and what does it do?
Nitric oxide is a molecule that’s produced naturally in the body and plays a vital role in keeping your body healthy. It plays a vital role as a vasodilator. This means that this molecule widens blood vessels to promote blood flow.
In addition, it stimulates the release of certain hormones, such as insulin and growth hormones.
