Nitrogen

Nitrogen is a gas that’s most abundant in the earth’s atmosphere. It is colourless, odourless, and tasteless which makes it a perfect preservative in the food industry. It preserves the freshness of the food and protects its nutrient profile. On the other hand, it also limits the growth of bad bacteria.

In sports and exercise, obtaining enough nitrogen supports muscle growth and recovery, as well as prevents muscle breakdown.
