Abs

Obliques

Abs, also known as abdominal muscles and obliques run at the core front of your stomach, on the sides and at the back of your body. As abdominal muscles regulate internal abdominal pressure, they support the trunk, allow movement, and hold organs in place. ‘Core’ muscles are the deep abdominal muscles, the muscles in the back, and the muscles that keep your body balanced and protect your spine.
